Description of Forms

Membership Application: Application for Membership in the Association: Applicable to all Enlisted soldiers and airmen of the Mississippi National Guard

Life Membership Application: Application to become a member of the association for Life: Applicable to all Enlisted soldiers and airmen of the Mississippi National Guard.

Unit Membership Roster: To be used by the unit to submit dues for members. This form can be used to sign up new members as well. Applicable to all Enlisted soldiers and airmen of the Mississippi National Guard. MSNGNCO Form #5

Associate Membership Application: Application to become an associate member of the association: Applicable to any one that is not an enlisted member of the Mississippi National Guard.

Associate Life Membership Application: Application to become a Lifetime associate member of the association: Applicable to any one that is not an enlisted member of the Mississippi National Guard.

Membership Qualifications

To become a voting member of the association, you must be an enlisted member of the Mississippi National Guard. (Either Active or Retired).

Anyone can become an associate member to include Officer, Civilians etc. You must have a love of the Mississippi National Guard with a desire to promote the enlisted members of the Mississippi National Guard.
